By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. kg9992 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with regard to underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players.

2.2 Registration Accuracy

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any account found to have been registered with false or misleading information may be suspended immediately and any associated balances forfeited.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kg9992 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in the name of the kg9992 account holder. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, kg9992 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. kg9992 is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg9992 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended and any outstanding balance forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, Teen Patti, or any other multi-player game
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kg9992 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted area of the Platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

All content on the kg9992 Platform — including but not limited to the kg9992 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kg9992 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the kg9992 Platform without express prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of kg9992's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg9992 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if kg9992 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kg9992's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kg9992 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
